Shipping Policy
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS, and when available, the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product ships. We don't ship to APO/FPOs or post office boxes or to hotels. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, so choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Packages require signature. The courier will make 3 attempts at delivery address before returning package to sender. Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. Please note that we do not provide terminal support and terminal downloads. You need to contact your payment processor to complete the downloads.
Product Return Policy
On most items, Terminals and Supplies offers an exclusive 14-day exchange/refund policy to online/mail order customers only. For best service we recommend contacting the manufacturer of your terminal should you need any type of repair servicing. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cost of returning merchandise is responsibility of customer.
For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) call Customer Service at (866) 654-1867 ext: 3 or use our contact form. All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or original box. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use FedEx Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
